SSC CGL Exam का Syllabus और Pattern क्या है– SSC CGL Exam भारत सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों, विभागों और कार्यालयों में ग्रुप- B (अराजपत्रित/ Non- Gazetted) अधिकारियों और ग्रुप- C कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति के लिए Staff Selection Commission (SSC) द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली परीक्षा है। SSC CGL परीक्षा के माध्यम से मुख्यतः इंस्पेक्टर (सेंट्रल एक्साइज/ इनकम टैक्स/ नार्कोटिक्स/ डाक विभाग), सहायक सेक्शन अधिकारी (केंद्रीय सचिवालय/ इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो/ रेल मंत्रालय/ विदेश मंत्रालय/ सेना मुख्यालय), सब-इंस्पेक्टर (सीबीआई/ नार्कोटिक्स विभाग) आदि पदों पर नियुक्ति की जाती है। किसी भी exam में उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए सर्वप्रथम उस exam का Syllabus और Pattern जानना आवश्यक होता है, अतः यहाँ पर हम आपको यह बताने वाले हैं कि SSC CGL Exam का Syllabus और Pattern क्या है?

SSC CGL Exam का Pattern

SSC CGL Exam कुल 4 चरणों में आयोजित की जाती है – Tier -1 , Tier -2, Tier -3 और Tier -4. इन 4 चरणों में से प्रथम तीन चरण अर्थात Tier -1, Tier -2 और Tier -3 सभी पदों के लिए आवश्यक होती है। परन्तु चौथे चरण की परीक्षा (Tier -4) में Data Entry Speed Test होता है जो Tax Assistant (Customs/ Central Excise/ Income Tax) के लिए और Computer Proficiency Test होता है जो Inspector (Customs/ Central Excise), Assistant Section Officer (CSS, AFHQ, MEA) आदि कुछ पदों के लिए ही आयोजित किया जाता है। उपरोक्त चरणों में से Tier -1 और Tier -2 परीक्षाएं Objective Type Multiple Choice (बहुवैकल्पिक प्रश्न) परीक्षाएं होती हैं और Tier -3 परीक्षा Descriptive (वर्णनात्मक) लिखित परीक्षा होती है। हम उपरोक्त चारों चरणों के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा करेंगे।

Tier -1 का Pattern

Tier -1 परीक्षा में अंग्रेजी विषय को छोड़ कर सभी प्रश्न द्विभाषीय (अंग्रेजी और हिंदी) होते हैं। इस परीक्षा में negative marking होती है और प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर का आधा अंक काट लिया जाता है। Tier -1 में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को Tier -2 परीक्षा के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

Tier -4 (Data Entry Speed Test/ Computer Proficiency Test)

इस परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों की कंप्यूटर प्रवीणता परीक्षा ली जाती है और कुछ पदों के लिए अभ्यर्थियों का डाटा एंट्री स्पीड़ टेस्ट/ कंप्यूटर प्रवीणता टेस्ट भी लिया जाता है। Data Entry Speed Test मात्र Tax Assistant (Customs/ Central Excise/ Income Tax) के लिए और Computer Proficiency Test, Inspector (Customs/ Central Excise), Assistant Section Officer (CSS, AFHQ, MEA) आदि कुछ पदों के लिए ही आयोजित किया जाता है।

SSC CGL Exam का Syllabus

यहाँ पर हम SSC CGL Exam के प्रत्येक चरण (Tier -1 , Tier -2, Tier -3 और Tier -4) और प्रत्येक विषय का Syllabus (सिलेबस) बताएँगे।

Tier -1 का Syllabus

Tier -1 में गणित विषय के प्रश्न 10वीं कक्षा के स्तर के होते हैं और अन्य तीनों विषयों के प्रश्न ग्रेजुएशन स्तर के हो सकते हैं।

सामान्य बुद्धि और रीज़निंग (General Intelligence & Reasoning)

Analogies, similarities and differences, space visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning, आदि।

सामान्य ज्ञान (General Awareness)

इस विषय में अभ्यर्थियों का वर्तमान की घटनाओं, इतिहास, भूगोल, राजनीति शास्त्र, विज्ञान आदि पर ज्ञान जांचा जाता है।

गणित (Quantitative Aptitude)

Whole numbers, decimals, fractions and relationships between numbers, Percentage. Ratio & Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Alligation, Time and distance, Time & Work, Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra & Elementary surds, Graphs of Linear Equations, Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a circle, common tangents to two or more circles, Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square base, Trigonometric ratio, Degree and Radian Measures, Standard Identities, Complementary angles, Heights and Distances, Histogram, Frequency polygon, Bar diagram & Pie chart.

अंग्रेज़ी भाषा (English Comprehension)

टियर- 1 के इस भाग में अभ्यर्थियों से अंग्रेजी भाषा (English Language), अंग्रेजी व्याकरण (English Grammar) और उसके ज्ञान से सम्बंधित प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

Tier -2 का Syllabus

Tier -2 के प्रथम 2 पेपर (गणित और अंग्रेज़ी भाषा) सभी पदों के लिए आवश्यक होते हैं। Tier -2 का तीसरा पेपर (सांख्यिकी) मात्र जूनियर सांख्यिकी अधिकारी के पद के लिए अनिवार्य होता है और चौथा पेपर मात्र सहायक ऑडिट अधिकारी या सहायक एकाउंट्स अधिकारी के पद के लिए ही अनिवार्य होता है।

अंग्रेज़ी भाषा और उसकी समझ (English Language & Comprehension)

Spot the error, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, spelling/ detecting misspelled words, idioms & phrases, one word substitution, improvement of sentences, active/ passive voice of verbs, conversion into direct/ indirect narration, shuffling of sentence parts, shuffling of sentences in a passage, cloze passage & comprehension passage.

Tier -3 का Syllabus

Tier -3 में अभ्यर्थियों को अंग्रेजी या हिंदी भाषा में दिए गए Topic पर प्रस्ताव (Essay) या पत्र (Letter) लिखना होता है।

Tier -4 का Syllabus

Tax Assistant के लिए Data Entry Speed Test

Data Entry Speed Test में अभ्यर्थियों की 8000 key depressions प्रति घंटे के आधार पर कंप्यूटर पर स्पीड जांची जाती है। Data Entry Speed Test में अभ्यर्थियों की 8000 key depressions प्रति घंटे के आधार पर कंप्यूटर पर स्पीड जांची जाती है। यह टेस्ट कुल 15 मिनट की अवधि का होता है जिसमें अभ्यर्थियों को कंप्यूटर पर 2000 key depressions सही तरीके से type करनी होती है।

कुछ अन्य पदों के लिए Computer Proficiency Test

Inspector (Central Excise/ Customs), Assistant Section Officer (CSS, MEA, AFHQ) आदि पदों के लिए Computer Proficiency Test आयोजित किया जाता है। इस टेस्ट में अभ्यर्थियों का कंप्यूटर पर (i) MS Word Processing, (ii) Spread Sheet और (iii) Slides Generation से सम्बंधित ज्ञान जांचा जाता है।
